It is a real pleasure for me to work on commission. Instead of painting a nice landscape or a classical portrait for the sitting room, I am motivated by exploring beyond the mere appearance to reveal the most intimate self of a person, a vision that symbolizes his soul and its purpose.
Through a rich, meticulously detailed and vibrant painting, I offer to my client a moving, powerful, meaningful glimpse of his true beauty, the inner one.
It is not always necessary to see the person in flesh and blood.
If a meeting isn't possible because of the distance, a friendly conversation on the phone or through Skype will allow me to enter in contact with his/her energetic field and perceive what is making him/her unique. In case of agreement, the next step will be to build a preliminary detailed drawing in scale and, after the final ok, the real painting. Then the rolled canvas can be shipped very easily. The whole process can be followed thanks to pictures taken at various steps of the realization.
